Day Pass or Annual Pass

With a ticket or annual pass from Museum Stavanger, you get access to it all. Choose what suits you best—or visit several museums in one day with the same ticket.
Museum Stavanger preserves and shares the stories of our natural surroundings, the history of the city and childhood, Stavanger’s maritime traditions, and its industrial life before the oil era.

Along Eiganesveien, you can visit elegant historic homes during the summer season. Or find peace at Utstein Monastery, where people have sought spiritual nourishment and tranquility for over a thousand years.

Bird Station and Bird Ringing
Interested in birds? Revtangen Ornithological Station might interest you. Museum Stavanger also runs the Norwegian Bird Ringing Centre, where you can learn more about the fascinating practice of bird banding.

Historic Ships
The proud sailing ships Anna af Sand and Wyvern are maintained by dedicated volunteers and are part of Museum Stavanger’s collection. You might spot them at maritime gatherings in Vågen—or even rent them for special events!
